Refund Policy
Effective July 31, 2026
Paddle is Midfleet’s merchant of record for online purchases and handles payment, cancellation, and approved refunds.
1. Online purchases through Paddle
Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for Midfleet online purchases. Your receipt identifies the seller of record and provides links to manage the subscription. Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy also apply to the transaction.
2. Canceling a subscription
You may cancel through the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt or through billing controls made available in Midfleet. Cancel before the renewal date to prevent the next recurring charge.
Unless the checkout, order form, or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid or usage already incurred.
3. Refund eligibility
Except where required by law, Midfleet subscriptions and usage charges are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may consider a refund request in its discretion, including requests made within 14 days of purchase. Any mandatory consumer cancellation or refund right available to you remains unaffected.
Usage-based charges for accepted handoffs or other metered use that has already occurred are not refundable except where required by law or where the charge resulted from a verified billing error.
4. Requesting a refund
For payment, cancellation, or refund help, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net. Include the email address used at checkout and the transaction or subscription reference. Do not send full payment-card details.
For a technical problem with Midfleet, contact [email protected]. We may ask for workspace, timestamp, and error details so we can investigate and, where appropriate, support a refund or billing-correction request with Paddle.
5. Approved refunds and corrections
Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method. Financial institutions control when funds appear. Taxes, exchange-rate changes, bank fees, and processing times may affect the final amount or timing.
If a duplicate charge, incorrect plan, or metering error is verified, we will work with Paddle to correct it. Partial refunds or credits may be used when appropriate.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact Paddle or Midfleet before initiating a chargeback so the transaction can be investigated. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account suspension, without limiting rights available under applicable law.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy for future purchases by posting a revised version and effective date. The policy presented or linked at purchase applies with mandatory rights. Product and billing questions may be sent to [email protected].
